Care Instructions

Carpet Mats: Keep your carpet car mats looking their best by regularly removing loose dirt and debris with a vacuum or brush. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth or suitable carpet cleaner and allow the mats to dry completely before refitting them into your vehicle.

Rubber Mats: Our rubber car mats are quick and easy to maintain. Simply remove them from the vehicle, shake off loose dirt and wipe or wash with warm, mild soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and allow the mats to dry fully before placing them back in your vehicle.

When will I receive my order?

Your tailored car mats are manufactured and dispatched within 24 hours. With our fast UK delivery service, you can expect to receive your new car mats within 2–3 working days of placing your order, so you can protect your vehicle without the long wait.

All tracking details will be emailed to you once you place your order.

What happens if I don't like it?

If the mats dont fit or you simply dont like it then you may return the mats free of charge

We offer two choices for delivery, depending on how quickly you need your order. Our deliveries are made by Evri.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey or Isle of Man is £4.99

All deliveries are trackable, you will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Car & boot mats are bulky products to deliver, we've done everything we can to keep delivery costs down as low as possible but unfortunately we cannot offer free delivery on all orders.

What's the returns policy?

Most aftermarket mat sellers refuse returns on customised items — a simple trim colour change is often enough to classify a product as 'bespoke' and non-returnable. We don't take that view. If your mat is in resaleable condition and the order is within the 60-day window, you can return it regardless of which carpet, trim, cotton or heel pad option you originally chose.

If the item has not yet been customised or has not yet shipped, you can cancel the order at any time. If the item is already in transit when you cancel, the simplest approach is to refuse the delivery on arrival — the courier will return it to us and we'll process the refund without you needing to do anything further.
